RST Environmental Solutions Ltd was established in 1999 by Robert Coulsen as a Hydroseeding and erosion control company. In September 2020 RST was acquired by GoodRich Environmental Solutions Ltd who continued trading under the name of RST until 2023 and has continued under the name of GoodRich.
GoodRich are dedicated to offering the best environmental solutions by staying up-to-date with the latest technology and ideas, offering exceptional service through highly trained staff alongside well-maintained equipment, creating and maintaining strong relationships, and offering continual improvement in all aspects of the business.

Since taking ownership, I am proud to say we have grown significantly and successfully delivered some very impressive projects. My thorough approach to Project Management is underpinned by my background in being employed as a Project Manager and earlier as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer and Plant Operator. I take pride in ensuring work is carried out by competent people and the materials used lead to deliverables that meet quality standards. I provide the crucial administrative checks to ensure teams have followed the procedures set in the contract quality plan.

My GoodRich career started as a result of a secondment from Goodman Contractors on the Takaka Hill Remediation project. I quickly discovered a passion and enjoyment for the work that we were producing and requested the position was made permanent. The combination of civil construction practices and the consideration for being more environmentally sustainable was something I truly believe in. My background as an owner operator of a small landscaping company gives me a great understanding of business and time management.
