Tim is the Maintenance Team Lead for Whangārei District Council and Contract Manager for the new Maintenance Contracts.
Tim has 15 years of industry experience in Northland Roading and Civil Infrastructure, and is an innovative and dynamic leader highly driven to balance the realisation of client and customer expectations along with internal businesses deliverables.
He is particularly passionate about re-embedding the importance of relationship contracting by developing strong, honest and mature relationships with key Contractors in order to successfully deliver excellent customer and client outcomes throughout the region.
Tim has a special focus and actively engages with emerging technology in order to deliver, with innovation and efficiency, what are essentially the well understood and repeatable activities carried out in Transport Maintenance space.
He has driven Whangārei District Council’s reputation for acting at the forefront of such systems, such as AWM, with data integrity and continuous improvement being a key area of focus within his Contracts.
