Simon is the current Chair for the REAAA NZ Chapter and headed the Organising Committees for the recent NZTA Pavements Conference and last year’s Low Volume Roads Workshop.
Simon is the Strategic Asset Engineer for Fulton Hogan’s National Asset Management Team. Key areas of focus are:
- Strategic and asset management plans for road networks
- Road network resilience
- Best practice guidelines (Work Instructions) for the work crews
- Training frameworks
- Unsealed roads
- Developing a Value for Money model
Simon is keen to see the industry’s road and transportation organisations working closely together to cost-effectively deliver practical solutions for our communities.
