Kushla has been in Transport ~20 years, involved in NZ networks from Whangarei to Stewart Island. She says she LOVES roads because they help to connect people and places, for a safe and joyful existence. Kushla is passionate about providing safe and affordable access throughout Aotearoa, empowering people and communities. You may find Kushla grinning or singing when she gets to touch rocks or heavy machinery and she revels in the chance to swoop in after weather events or earthquakes. She really does love her work, “helping people get to extraordinary places safely, so they can lead healthy lives.”
