Chris is the New Zealand Transport Leader and Economics Leader for EY Parthenon. He has worked across roading and transport projects in New Zealand, Australia and globally. Notable projects include the Roads of National Significance Programme; the Canterbury Rebuild, City Rail Link and sustainable road maintenance funding projects in New Zealand, Uganda and Papua New Guinea.
Chris is passionate about improving productivity and effectiveness in infrastructure development; and management over the long term. He is particularly focussed on how new approaches across strategy, economics, financial and technology can improve outcomes and value for money in the roading sector.
