Alan is the Group Manager for Road Asset Maintenance & Renewals at Auckland Transport. He has been with Auckland Transport since 2010 in a variety of leadership roles.
Prior to this he was Group Manager for Transport Infrastructure at North Shore City Council and worked for Franklin District Council as Engineering Manager and previously Road Asset Manager.
Alan has extensive experience in local government and the management of transport infrastructure in both urban and rural environments. He is passionate about the need for quality and resilient transport infrastructure and the role it plays in supporting economic growth and society.
