She has a passion for the roading industry, with her specialty lying in road maintenance and large roading projects. Her wider experience spans structures, marine infrastructure, water infrastructure, water maintenance, utilities infrastructure, landscapes, and land development projects. Bringing more than eight years of experience bidding in the public sector, Kelsey understands procurement constraints faced by clients and contractors alike.
