Jo Carvey is the Manager of Procurement Intelligence and Supplier Relationship Management at NZTA, a role Jo has held since March 2025. Jo is known for building strategic partnerships and driving collaborative relationships across infrastructure, construction, ICT, and health sectors. Bringing deep expertise in programme and project management, change leadership, and strategic planning, Jo has extensive experience in strategic procurement, supplier negotiations, contract, and relationship development.
