Arrival information - conference opens Wednesday

The heavy equipment is rolling in and the exhibition booths are setting up later today. Final checks are underway for Future Roads 2023.

Arrival instructions

We look forward to seeing all delegates Wednesday 8 November at the Claudelands Events Centre in Hamilton.

• From Heaphy Terrace follow the signs to Entry 11 in front of the exhibition plaza
• Use Gate 4 on Brooklyn Road for parking onsite
• Registration is open from 7.25am
• The conference commences at 8.00am
• All delegates are required to present photo identification at the registration desk before a lanyard is issued. Full payment is also required prior to entry

Last-minute registrations

Conference tickets are still available and can be purchased here. Full payment is required prior to entry. Last-minute payment options include credit card via a Xero invoice link or via telephone.

Conference access

On entry you will be issued a lanyard to access the exhibition and conference. This must be always worn and visible.
